CermaWhite High Temperature Thermal Dispersant Coating

Product Description:
CermaWhite is a two component ceramic coating system, designed for high temperature applications. CermaWhite will impart a chalk white finish to the coated substrate. CermaWhite may be polished to a near porcelain appearance. CermaWhite has been furnace tested at over 2000ºF with no discolouration or delaminating. CermaWhite may be applied directly to bare metal or other substrates. CermaWhite is flexible and will not yellow, crack or peel when properly applied. CermaWhite is applied at a film thickness of 0.0015” or greater. The coating will air cure in approximately 5 days, allowing CermaWhite to be used on parts and structures that can not be oven cured. CermaWhite has the ability to stop rust when applied to previously painted substrates after heavy scale, rust and other loose debris are removed. CermaWhite may be oven cured after a short air drying period at a temperature over 200ºF. CermaWhite is a very low VOC material containing less than 1.2 lb/gal
Applications:
CermaWhite is a high temperature thermal dispersant coating with good corrosion and chemical resistance and may be used on high temperature labels, colour coding for high heat piping etc. It aids in cooling and protecting large structures. Survives 500 double rubs with Acetone and MEK. Highly resistant to thermal shock.

CermaClear High Temperature Thermal Dispersant Coating

Product Description:
CermaClear is a two component ceramic, clear coat system designed for high temperature applications. Protective to above 2000ºF, CermaClear will increase the thermal barrier function of the base coat, as well as increase the corrosion resistance. CermaClear is flexible and will not delaminate, yellow, crack or peel when properly applied. CermaClear is a very low VOC material that can be applied to virtually all metals, as well as over paints and plastics. It may be applied by spray, dip or in the case of polished surfaces, wiped on with a soft lint free cloth. CermaClear is applied at a film thickness of less than 0.001”. CermaClear may be applied directly to a bare metal surface, generally by wiping. CermaClear will air cure in approximately 5 days, allowing CermaClear to be used on parts/structures that cannot be oven cured. CermaClear may be oven cured after a short air drying period at a temperature over 200ºF. CermaClear can be used in conjunction with CermaRinse to create a durable slick surface, which will remain slick for long periods. Reduces drag to coated parts. CermaClear protects paint from bug rot and is easy to clean. CermaClear is considered non hazardous by EPA definitions, and contains no lead or chromates.
Applications:
CermaClear is a high temperature thermal dispersant coating with good corrosion and chemical resistance. May be used to protect paint and reduce drag. Can be used on aircraft fuselages and boat hulls. Survives 500 double rubs with Acetone and MEK. Highly resistant to thermal shock.

CermaLube Dry Film Lubricant Coating

Product Description:
CermaLube is a ceramic coating designed to be used on any rigid or semi rigid surface experiencing sliding, rotating or oscillating friction. CermaLube is designed to carry loads in excess of 350,000 PSI as well as lubricate at temperatures in excess of 1600ºF. CermaLube is a combination of a unique water based resin and lubricating solids including a ceramic lubricating grit. CermaLube combines the durability of a ceramic resin with the lubricity of the ceramic lubricant. CermaLube works well in light duty applications, as well as in applications where high temperatures, high loads and high speeds are experienced. CermaLube is gray in colour and acquires a glass like finish in use. CermaLube is formulated to provide a cured film thickness of 0.001” or less. CermaLube is a water based material that contains no hazardous solvents. CermaLube survives thermal shock and impact and is not affected by most chemicals.
Applications:
CermaLube is a unique water based system that cures at 350ºF for I hour. Material cleans up easily before curing with water. Non flammable system with no VOCs (volatile organic compounds). CermaLube is compatible with today's emphasis on environmentally friendly products. It can be used for gears, shafts, slides and high load areas.

Dry Film Lubricant Coating (TLML)

Product Description:
TLML is a thermally cured dry film lubricant. TLML makes use of a unique binding system, to retain high pressure/low coefficient of friction lubrication pigments. The cured material is capable of providing increased lubrication and reduced friction at loads of 350,000 PSI. The film thickness as applied, ranges from .0003” to .0005” and will burnish to approximately 20 millionths during operation of the coated part. Coating thickness may be reduced prior to assembly by buffing with a suitable material. TLML achieves full cure at 300F, after 1 hour at temperature. When cured, TLML is not affected by most chemicals. TLML is especially useful where heat transfer is also of concern. TLML can aid in the more even distribution of heat as well as allow for more efficient cooling of the coated product, particularly when being cooled with oil. TLML survives thermal shock, bending and flexing. TLML withstands exposure to temperatures in excess of 2000ºF.
Applications:
TLML can be used to aid lubrication for any moving or sliding parts. TLML reduces friction and wear of coated parts. It can be used on pistons, bearings, joints, guides, slides, rails etc. Protects assemblies from galling, seizing and inhibits fretting while providing barriers against electrolytic corrosion.

Dry Film Lubricant (DFL-1)

Product Description:
DFL-1 is a thermally cured Dry Film Lubricant. DFL-1 makes use of a unique binding system, to retain high temperature stability while reducing friction. The film thickness of DFL-1 , as applied, ranges from .0005" to .001". DFL-1 achieves full cure at 300F, after 1 hour at temperature. When cured, DFL-1 is not affected by most chemicals. DFL-1 is not designed to provide corrosion resistance as it is normally used as a “wet able” lubricant in conjunction with oil or other liquid lubricants. The lubricating ingredients in DFL-1 can lubricate at pressures above 350,000 psi. Part life increase is also a benefit. DFL-1 makes use of a unique water based binding system that is non-flammable.
Applications:
DFL-1 is a primarily a high pressure lubricant and is recommend for use on any part subject to sliding or rotational friction. Gears, machinery slides, camshaft assemblies, piston skirts and bearings all benefit from an application of DFL-1. DFL-1 was initially designed to be applied to Rod and Main bearings. DFL-1 has excellent adhesion to soft substrates, as well as harder surfaces.
